Oval Split Rings #7 – These oval split rings are super solid. For example, useful when making a rigid connection between treble hook and Spinner (see small photo). The heat shrink tubing simply slides over the oval split ring and the hook eye. This is in contrast to when you use a round split ring.
Be sure to use this as a front split ring on all kinds of DIY Shallow Rigs.
